QuickCV Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the QuickCV app handles your information. In short: your resume stays on your device.
Your resume data
Everything you enter or import (personal details, work history, education and other resume content) is kept on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. Imported PDFs are read on your device, and when the app uses Apple Intelligence to read an imported resume, that also happens on your device. You decide where any exported PDF goes.
Copies and deletion
Your device backups (iCloud or a computer) include the app's data, as they do for other apps. Deleting a saved resume removes the saved copy; if it's also open in the editor, clear it there with Start fresh. Deleting the app removes its data from this device, but not from existing backups or PDFs you've already shared. From version 1.8, Settings > Delete All Data erases all resumes the app keeps on the device, including the one you're editing and temporary PDF copies.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. To manage them, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service based in the United States that processes this data for us under its data processing agreement. When the app starts, RevenueCat receives a random ID created for this app, an identifier iOS gives this developer's apps on your device (not the advertising identifier), your device model, iOS and app versions, preferred languages, App Store country and IP address. When you buy or restore, or a subscription renews or is refunded, it also receives the purchase details. RevenueCat keeps this data while the app uses its service, unless you ask us to delete it. What we don't do
No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no access to your location. Apart from the purchase statistics RevenueCat gives us (such as how many people use the app and subscribe), we collect no analytics.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your resume data in the app at any time. For a copy or deletion of the purchase data RevenueCat holds, email us the Support ID shown in the app's Settings (version 1.8 and later); we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or your local data protection authority.
Children
The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
Who we are
QuickCV is provided by the developer named on its App Store page, who is responsible for your data under this policy.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق QuickCV مع معلوماتك. باختصار: سيرتك الذاتية تبقى على جهازك.
بيانات سيرتك الذاتية
كل ما تدخله أو تستورده من بيانات شخصية وخبرات عملية وتعليم وغيرها من محتوى سيرتك يُحفظ على جهازك، ولا يُرسل إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى. تُقرأ ملفات PDF المستوردة على جهازك، وحين يستخدم التطبيق Apple Intelligence لقراءة سيرة مستوردة فإن ذلك يجري على جهازك أيضًا. وأنت من يقرر أين يذهب أي ملف PDF تصدّره.
النسخ والحذف
تشمل النسخ الاحتياطية لجهازك (على iCloud أو الحاسوب) بيانات التطبيق كسائر التطبيقات. حذف سيرة من السير المحفوظة يزيل نسختها المحفوظة، وإن كانت مفتوحة في المحرر فامسحها منه بزر «بداية جديدة». وحذف التطبيق يزيل بياناته من هذا الجهاز، لكنه لا يزيلها من النسخ الاحتياطية السابقة ولا من ملفات PDF التي شاركتها. ومنذ الإصدار 1.8 يحذف خيار «حذف جميع البيانات» في الإعدادات كل السير التي يحفظها التطبيق على الجهاز، ومنها السيرة التي تعمل عليها ونسخ PDF المؤقتة.
المشتريات
تعالج Apple المشتريات، ويستخدم التطبيق لإدارتها خدمة الاشتراكات RevenueCat التي مقرها الولايات المتحدة، وتعالج هذه البيانات لصالحنا وفق اتفاقيتها لمعالجة البيانات. عند تشغيل التطبيق تتلقى RevenueCat معرّفًا عشوائيًا أُنشئ لهذا التطبيق، ومعرّفًا يخصّصه iOS لتطبيقات هذا المطوّر على جهازك (وليس معرّف الإعلانات)، وطراز جهازك، وإصدارَي iOS والتطبيق، ولغاتك المفضّلة، وبلد متجر App Store، وعنوان IP. وعند الشراء أو الاستعادة، أو عند تجديد الاشتراك أو استرداد مبلغه، تتلقى أيضًا تفاصيل الشراء. وتحتفظ RevenueCat بهذه البيانات ما دام التطبيق يستخدم خدمتها، إلا إن طلبت منا حذفها. لا تتلقى RevenueCat سيرتك الذاتية أبدًا. سياسة خصوصية RevenueCat: revenuecat.com/privacy.
ما لا نفعله
لا حسابات ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّع، ولا وصول إلى موقعك. ولا نجمع أي تحليلات سوى إحصاءات المشتريات التي توفرها RevenueCat (مثل عدد المستخدمين والمشتركين).
حقوقك
يمكنك عرض بيانات سيرتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في التطبيق متى شئت. وللحصول على نسخة من بيانات الشراء لدى RevenueCat أو حذفها، راسلنا مع «معرّف الدعم» الظاهر في إعدادات التطبيق (من الإصدار 1.8)، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) أو إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم الشخصية عن علم.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويبيّن التاريخ أعلاه آخر إصدار منها.
